The colour of Il Marzocco is that of grain covered Tuscan hills at the height of summer. The bouquet reveals aromas of elderflower, orange blossom and lemon with a delicate toffee character. The taste is lush and full bodied with fragrant acidity and excellent length, leaving a subtle creamy oak flavour on the finish.

"A typical Tuscan summer with lots of sun, warm days and cool nights shaped the character of Il Marzocco 2011 which is the first vintage to wear the restyled label with the Marzocco lion, now in warm bronze colours."
