The colourless Avignonesi Grappa di Vino Nobile has an intense fragrance of flowers and fruit. Its complex and persistent bouquet hints at violets and pansies, liquorice and tobacco. It has an excellent balance between smoothness and alcohol, leading to a pleasant and persuasive finish.

|Distillation process||Discontinuous cycle, using an artisanal, stream-run distillation machine. At the end of each distillation process, the head and tail (first and last part of the new grappa) are removed by hand, to obtain a well balanced, high quality product.|
